Indicators and dimensions of TQM In Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences and Health Services

Based on the necessity to change the quality of education and health care total quality management has reconsider In order to adapt the basic principles toward excellent motion of organization . This paper not only has been referred to, total quality management (TQM) and quality of the implementation of TQM but also considered the necessity to deploy and run at Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences and Health Services.A standard questionnaire has been used to gather information's it has been used for the first time by .Tabari and sotoneh1389. It was designed with 3 general questions and 33 questions related to the research. The reliability has been measured about 81(percent). kerjesy Morgan table has been used to determine the sample size, which was 285. Among 286 questionnaires 280 were returned.In this study, the test ‌ Kolmogrov - has been used to test for normality of the data and t-test to test the implementation of Total Quality Management dimensions. In addition, descriptive statistics were used to describe the demographic conditions of responders . SPSS software has been used in this research report. The obtained results show that the average for TQM was 915/3.Tthe t-statistic values indicate significant differences between Likert (3) with p value 0/05.At quality management system average performance was 012/4 and significant mean differences was3.At Accountability and service average performance was 312/4 and significant mean differences,was 3.The average of Managers comment about Staff training was 4/035 and significant mean differences, was 3.About staff participating the average was 2/656 and significant mean differences, was 3.The use of statistical data in decision making, average was 186/3 and significant mean differences, was 3. Top of Form And finally the average was 858/3 in physical factors and significant mean differences, was 3.Our study suggests that TQM is being implemented at the University of Medical Sciences and health service. According to this study all organs were moderate and had acceptable quality level Except in employees participation area and using data's to decide .
