In recent years, using and enjoying office automation systems have been increased in our country and mary organizations have tended to utilize and enjoy such systems and are ready to spend hage amount of money to establish and enjoy those systems, however; it should be examind that to what exant these informational systems could help the managers of the organizations to improve their decision making and the staff ‘s functions. Authenticity , accuracy,punctuality, economically decision making are the independent variables and the improvement of the managers decision mahing is the dependent variable.could these system fulfil the managers expectations in their decision making. This research has studies the relationship between office automation and the improvement of the managerss decision making in the medical university of mazandaran and its all subdivisions in east of mazandaran kind and methad.
Method:This research is a correlational survey . the participants were the managers who have enjoyed the stablished automation systems . the in strument was a questionnaire contained 16 questions based on the components of authenticity , accuracy , punctuality , and economy considering the number of incoming and outgoing letters , the managers understanding , and their best using the opportunities.
Results: According to the correlation coefficient 0.785 , significant level 0.000, between office automation and correctness of decision making managers and correlation coefficient 0.837, significant level 0.00between automation and accuracy of management decisions, there is a significant relationship . Also, due to the correlation coefficient 0.785 , significant level 0.000, between office Automation and updated making management decisions and correlation coefficient 0.753, significant level 0.000 between office automation and the effectiveness of management decisions of management decisions, there is a significant relationship.
Conclusion: The results demonstrate that there is a positive relationship between automation system and every component of authenticity , accuracy, punctuality, and economy in the managers decision making . As a result, there is a positive relationship between automation system and the improvement of the managers , decision making.
