Study of pillars delegating and its relationship with job satisfaction headquarters staff deputy of development and resource management of University of Medical Sciences, Mazandaran

Background and purpose:Management in an organization is to deal with the difficulties and ability to make effectiveness.A manager will flow the sprite of attempt in an organization by forming to the values and expanding of them.What is today dedicated the part of accuracy, budget and attention of experts to itself is attention to human dignity and increase productivity in the organization that is resulted from employees' job satisfaction.Access to some extent of prosperity is the wish of each employee.Staff mind dependencies to the job, make them more effort and participate in activities and make seriousness and responsibility.On the basis of staff evaluation which is made in public organizations%2.5 of employees had relative job satisfaction, %28.5 had dissatisfaction and %52 feel compelled to work as reported. The short-term consequences of this trend, is the developing of rebellion, complaints, absence from work, reduced adherence to disciplinary rules loss of morale, reduced participation, anxiety, low working, apathy, loss of sense of responsibility, leave from service and resign and in the long-term it leads to mental fatigue, reduced organizational commitment, physical and mental discomfort, early retirement, relative stagnation, decreased efficiency and productivity which will cause a gradual  collapse of organization.
Materials and Methods:This study investigated the relationship between delegation of authority and job satisfaction of the personnel of Management and Resource Development Department, Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences which was performed between 153 of them and used Pearson correlation coefficient and Kergesy and Morgan sampling table.
The data were collected from questionnaires which were prepared for delegation of authority and job satisfaction and the validity of questionnaires had been approved by three of experts.
The reliability of the questionnaires was approved by Cronbach's alpha coefficient method consequently %94 for delegation of authority and 88% for job satisfaction.The results of the questionnaires were analyzed with software SPSS16.
 
Results: Between Job Satisfaction and delegation of authority with the confidence level of %95 and α =%5 and r=0.67 there is a significant relationship. (Sig = 0.000)
