Management talent and process selecting and duration of stay managers in Mazndaran University of Medical sciences

In research below considering the progress in different distraction of sciences , specially human sciences , many organization without readiness did not have stability in this situation. So , they will face many basic challenges in achieving their goals. In this type of situation one of the most important subjects which is facing organization is attracting talented and able managers The research was done with the basic assumption between talented Managers , selection and duration of managers at university of medical Sciences and Health services of Mazandaran which has direct and meaningful relation with one another. However the meaningful difference among Health groups and treatment was approved .At the same time the meaningful relation among talented manager and its relation with age factor, work experience and management experience was rejected.
We can conclude from studies above that there is a difference between talented manager and selection of manager among three groups of Health care treatment. but there is a meaningful relation between talented manager and selection of managers at university of medical sciences and Health services treatment in Mazandaran. |
