Background and Aim: The most important asset of any organization and operating objectives and plans of people who work in it. The main objective of this study was to examine the relationship between quality of work life and job satisfaction and burnout was through the mediation of emotional intelligence. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study consisted of all hospital staff in West Mazandaran do that given the number of variables, 120 patients were randomly selected to participate. Information was Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) Walton quality of work life and job burnout and emotional intelligence-it was Maslach For data analysis, path analysis, correlation and multiple regression analyzes were used. Discussion and conclusion: The findings suggest that the quality of work life and job satisfaction can be almost 253/0% of burnout predict changes in the intensity of the (253/0 = R2). Quality of work life and job satisfaction and severity of burnout can also be approximately 098/0% of emotional intelli gence predict changes related to the intermediary. (098/0 = R2).
