Analyzing the effects of privatization through objectives, corporate governance characteristics and organizational structure on organizational performance

Background and objective: The privatization performance on the basis of competition and innovation in the current economic system is one of the central elements in the country’s economic development. During the recent years, the privatization process in Iran has shown that the traditional and governmental system in the economy due to the role of public funds in emerging markets is not effective and is replaced with competitive market. This study aimed to assess the effect of privatization on organizational performance through (objectives, corporate governance features and organizational structure).
Materials and methods: This research in terms of the objective is practical and is in causal researches category; the studying community includes the experts of National Iranian Drilling Company which to assess the current status, In this study to evaluate the correlations between the model components the structural equation modeling is used.
Conclusion: According to data analysis the results suggested that privatization has an impact on (organizational objectives, corporate governance features, organizational structure and company’s performance); organizational objectives, corporate governance features, and organizational structure have impact on the company’s performance; and privatization through (organizational objectives, corporate governance features and organizational structure) has also impact on company's performance. |
