Abstract
Background and purpose: Education, as the most important human resources training and social capital productive institution, is considered supreme power. It should enhance participation and develop interoperability synergies and reduce unnecessary tenure in the carrying out context. Based on the most recent scientific models. The education economy becomes a critical challenge in recent years, at the human and social capital-producing institution. Optimizing fund and expenditure management, increasing productivity, making the most of public participation, and education's share of GDP in the region and around the world, need the help of overseas policymakers and the identification of creative and diverse financial resources, especially in the scientific field. Materials and Methods: In this research, we have tried adopting an alternative approach to the problem of organizational agility. Process mining is an analytical method for discovering, monitoring, and improving current processes by extracting knowledge from logs readily available in information systems. This research is done in four steps. In the first, the log file of two instances of the current Mazandaran education processes and in the further, the obtained file is refined. Genetics and heuristics algorithms are implemented on the data and will be analyzed in the final step of the new model conditions. To decide the quality of regenerated processes, four criteria of the ratio, simplicity and generality are used. The degree of conformity of the models measured by the formulation of a questionnaire to the staff. Ultimately, using the specified outputs and statistical analysis, the research results will be presented.

Abstract
This study presents a comparative analysis of redesigned models of organizational processes by making use of social network concepts. After doing re-engineering of organizational processes which had been conducted in the headquarters of Mazandaran Province Education Department, different methods were used which included the alpha algorithm, alpha⁺, genetics and heuristics. Every one of these methods created a model for which the organizational relationship between members was achieved as a directed graph. These four graphs, along with the graph of the current structure for doing the process, are the five models which can be evaluated through different perspectives such as process mining perspective and graph structural perspective. To determine the appropriateness level of the structure and making the comparison between relations graph structure in this method, i.e. doing the process with the output achieved from four other methods. First, these graphs need a little quantification. For this purpose, in this study, with the help of the social network concepts, the relative structural advantage of each one of these models with one another and also with the current method will be determined. To do this, the essential micro indicators (degree centrality, closeness centrality, eigenvector centrality, betweenness centrality) and macro indicators (density, clustering coefficient, network graph diameter, mean distance, modularity) are applied which are common in social network theory.
