fa بررسی هزینه خدمات درمانی ارائه شده در مرکز آموزشی درمانی رازی قائمشهر مدیریت مالی مدیریت مالی كاربردي Applicable <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی هزینه خدمات درمانی ارائه شده در مرکز آموزشی درمانی رازی قائمشهر می&shy;باشد تا بتوان به واسطه آن از وضعیت خدمات درمانی ارائه شده به بیماران در بیمارستان مورد بررسی، آگاهی بدست آورد. </span></span><br> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل پرونده&shy;های بیماران مراجعه&shy;کننده به بخش&shy;های مختلف مرکز آموزشی درمانی مذکور، طی یک دوره سه ساله، از ابتدای پائیز1391 تا انتهای تابستان 1394 می‌باشد.</span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">این پژوهش بر اساس داده&shy;های جمع&shy;آوری شده مربوط به 24873 پرونده از پرونده های در دسترس بیماران در هفده بخش بیمارستان رازی، انجام شده است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از داده&shy;های حاصل از اسناد و مدارک موجود در پرونده&shy;های پزشکی بیماران مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت.</span></span><br> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">یافته&shy;ها نشان داد، میانگین هزینه برای هر بیمار مراجعه&shy;کننده به بیمارستان با بیمه تامین اجتماعی برابر با 21/131000 ریال، با بیمه خدمات درمانی 51/134006 ریال و با سایر بیمه&shy;ها 49/156210 ریال بوده است. پس می&shy;توان چنین نتیجه گرفت، میزان هزینه&shy;ای که بیمار دارای بیمه خدمات درمانی متقبل شده، در قیاس با بیمار مشابه و با همان شرایط و فقط دارای بیمه متفاوت، کمتر بوده است. همچنین میانگین هزینه برای هر بیمار مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان با وضعیت حاد برابر با 1467500 ریال، با بیمه خدمات درمانی 60/1678000 و با وضعیت اورژانسی 22/1201000 بوده است. . </span></span><br> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">پس می&shy;توان چنین نتیجه گرفت، میزان هزینه&shy;ای که بیمار دارای وضعیت اورژانسی متقبل شده، در قیاس با بیمار مشابه و با شرایط حاد و مزمن، کمتر بوده است. در پایان با توجه به نتایج حاصل، به منظور بهبود وضعیت هزینه&shy;های خدمات درمانی ارائه شده به بیماران، پیشنهاداتی کاربردی ارائه شده است</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">.</span></span> <strong>Background and purpose</strong> <span dir="RTL">:</span>This research aims to investigate the cost of medical services provided in Razi Teaching Hospital of Qaemshahr by which to understand the status of the medical services provided for patients in the studied hospital.<br> <strong>Materials and methods</strong><strong><span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> The population includes patient records referring to various sectors of the teaching hospital during a 3years old duration; from the beginning of autumn 1391 to the end of the summer of 1394. This research is done based on collected data related to 24873 case of the records available for patients in 17 sectors of Razi Hospital.<br> <strong>Results </strong><span dir="RTL">:</span>The required information was assessed and analyzed by using data from the documents available in the medical records of patients. The findings showed that the average cost for each patient referring to the hospital with Social Security Insurance is equal to 131000.21 Rial, with NHS insurance is equal to 134006.51 Rial and with other insurances is equal to 15621.49 Rial. So, it can be concluded that the cost paid by patients with NHS insurance, compared to the similar patient and with the same condition just with different insurance, has been lower. Also, the average cost for each patient referring to hospital with acute situation is equal to 1467500 Rial, with NHS insurance is equal to 1678000.60 and with emergency situation is equal to 1201000.22.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong><strong>:</strong> so it can be concluded that the cost the patient with the emergency condition had paid compared to the similar patient and with the acute situation has been lower.
