fa بررسی رابطه بین اتوماسیون اداری و بهبود تصمیم‌گیری مدیران The study of the relationship between office automation and the improvement of the managers decision making مدیریت دولتی مدیریت دولتی پژوهشي Research چکیده: طی سالیان اخیر موج استفاده و بهرهگیری از سیستمهای اتوماسیون اداری کشور ما را فرا گرفته است و بسیاری از سازمانها تمایل زیادی برای بهرهگیری و استفاده از این سیستمها از خود نشان میدهند و حاضرند مبالغ کلانی جهت استقرار و بهرهگیری این سیستمها صرف نمایند. اما باید بررسی نمود که چنین سیستمهای اطلاعاتی تا چه اندازه توانسته به مدیران سازمانها در بهبود تصمیمگیری و عملکرد کارکنان کمک نماید. سیستم اتوماسیون اداری با مشخصههایی مانند صحت، دقت، بهنگام بودن و بصرفه بودن تصمیمگیری به عنوان متغییر مستقل و بهبود تصمیمگیری مدیران بعنوان متغییر وابسته مطرح می باشد آیا چنین سیستمهایی توانسته است انتظارات مدیران را در تصمیمگیریها برآورده نماید؟ این تحقیق به منظور بررسی رابطه میان اتوماسیون اداری و بهبود تصمیمگیری مدیران در واحدهای تحت پوشش دانشگاه در شرق مازندران صورت گرفته است. روش کار: این تحقیق از نوع پیمایشی و همبستگی بوده و از مدیرانی که از سیستم مذکور یافته در سازمان برخوردار هستند انجام گرفته است. ابزار مورد استفاده جهت گردآوری دادهها و اطلاعات در این پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامهای مشتمل بر 16سوال جهت سنجش وضعیت رابطه براساس مولفههای صحت، دقت، بهنگام بودن و به صرفه بودن با ملحوظ داشتن تعداد نامههای وارد، تعداد نامههای صادره، سطح ادراک مدیران و بهرهوری از فرصتها بوده است. یافته ها: باتوجه به ضریب همبستگی 785/0 و سطح معناداری 000/ 0 بین  اتوماسیون اداری و صحت تصمیمگیری مدیران و ضریب همبستگی 837/0 و سطح معناداری 000/ 0  بین اتوماسیون اداری و دقّت تصمیمگیری مدیران، رابطه معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین با توجه به ضریب همبستگی 785/0 و سطح معناداری 000/ 0  بین اتوماسیون اداری و بهنگامسازی تصمیمگیری مدیران و ضریب همبستگی 753/0 و سطح معناداری کمتر از 5/0 بین اتوماسیون اداری و به صرفهبودن تصمیمگیری مدیران، رابطه معنادار وجودارد. نتایج: نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که سیستم اتوماسیون برافزایش صحت تصمیمگیری مدیران رابطه مثبت دارد.سیستم اتوماسیون با افزایش دقت تصمیمگیری مدیران رابطه مثبت دارد. سیستم اتوماسیون با بهنگام بودن تصمیمگیری مدیران رابطه مثبت دارد. سیستم اتوماسیون با به صرفه بودن تصمیمگیری مدیران رابطه مثبت دارد. در نتیجه اتوماسیون اداری با بهبود تصمیمگیری مدیران رابطه مثبت دارد. In recent years, using and enjoying office automation systems have been increased in our country and mary organizations have tended to utilize and enjoy such systems and are ready to spend hage amount of money to establish and  enjoy those systems, however; it should be examind that to what exant these informational systems could help the managers of the organizations to improve their decision making and the staff ‘s functions. Authenticity , accuracy,punctuality, economically decision making are the independent variables and the improvement of the managers decision mahing is the dependent variable.could these system fulfil the managers expectations in their decision making. This research has studies the relationship between office automation and the improvement of the managerss decision making in the medical university of mazandaran and its all subdivisions in east of mazandaran kind and methad. Method:This research is a correlational survey . the participants were the managers who have enjoyed the stablished automation systems . the in strument was a questionnaire contained 16 questions based on the components of authenticity , accuracy , punctuality , and economy considering the number of incoming and outgoing letters , the managers understanding , and their best using the opportunities. Results: According to the correlation coefficient 0.785 , significant level 0.000, between office automation and correctness of decision making managers and correlation coefficient  0.837, significant level 0.00between automation and accuracy of management decisions, there is a significant relationship . Also, due to the correlation coefficient 0.785 , significant level 0.000, between office Automation and updated making management decisions and correlation coefficient  0.753, significant level 0.000 between office automation and the effectiveness of management decisions of management decisions, there is a significant relationship. Conclusion: The results demonstrate that there is a positive relationship between automation system and every component of authenticity , accuracy, punctuality, and economy in the managers decision making .
