fa تحلیل اثرات خصوصی سازی از طریق اهداف، ویژگی‌های حاکمیت شرکتی و ساختار سازمانی بر عملکرد سازمانی مدیریت دولتی مدیریت دولتی پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> عملکرد خصوصی&shy;سازی بر اساس رقابت و نوآوری در نظام کنونی اقتصاد، یکی از &nbsp;&nbsp;محوری&shy;ترین عناصر توسعه اقتصاد کشور به شمار می&shy;رود. طی سالهای اخیر روند خصوصی سازی در ایران نشان داده است که سیستم سنتی و دولتی در اقتصاد به دلیل نقش سرمایه&shy;های دولتی در بازارهای نو ظهور دیگر کارساز نبوده و جای خود را به بازار رقابتی داده است هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر&nbsp; خصوصی&shy;سازی بر عملکرد سازمانی از طریق (اهداف، ویژگی&shy;های حاکمیت شرکتی و ساختار سازمانی) &nbsp;بوده است.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها</strong>: این تحقیق از نظر هدف، پژوهشی کاربردی و در دسته تحقیق&shy;های علی قرار داد جامعه‌ی مورد پژوهش شامل کارشناسان شرکت ملی حفاری ایران بود در این تحقیق برای بررسی روابط بین اجزاء مدل از معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. از نرم&shy;افزارلیزرل برای تجزیه&shy;و&shy;تحلیل فرضیه&shy;ها استفاده شده است.<br> <strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong> با توجه به تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نتایج حاکی از آن بوده است که خصوصی&shy;سازی بر &shy;(اهداف سازمانی، ویژگی&shy;های حاکمیت شرکتی&shy;، ساختار سازمانی و عملکرد شرکت) تاثیر دارد، اهداف سازمانی، ویژگی&shy;های حاکمیت شرکتی و ساختار سازمانی بر عملکرد شرکت تاثیر دارد و همچنین خصوصی&shy;سازی از طریق &shy;(اهداف سازمانی، ویژگی&shy;های حاکمیت شرکتی و ساختار سازمانی) بر عملکرد شرکت تاثیر دارد. <div><span dir="LTR">Background and objective: The privatization performance on the basis of competition and innovation in the current economic system is one of the central elements in the country&rsquo;s economic development. During the recent years, the privatization process in Iran has shown that the traditional and governmental system in the economy due to the role of public funds in emerging markets is not effective and is replaced with competitive market.
