fa بررسی عوامل موثر بر پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات توسط کتابداران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران مدیریت آموزشی مدیریت آموزشی پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در عصر جدید که عصر فناوری اطلاعات نامیده شده است، استفاده از فن آوری های مختلف اطلاعاتی در تمامی ارگان ها و نهادها و برای همگان دارای اهمیت زیادی است. هدف اصلی از این پژوهش بررسی عوامل موثر بر پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات توسط کتابداران کتابخانه های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران می باشد. </span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش پژوهش، پیمایشی و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات آن پرسشنامه بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش نیز کلیه کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران شامل 40 کتابدار می باشند. به منظور آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش حاضر و پی بردن به وجود روابط معنی دار بین متغیرهای مستقل و وابسته آن، از روش تحلیل ناپارامتری همبستگی با استفاده از آماره &quot; اسپیرمن&quot; استفاده شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری داده های پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> و جدول ها و نمودارهای مقتضی برای انعکاس توزیع فراوانی درصد و موارد لازم استفاده شده است. </span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته<span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;">‌</span>ها:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که بین دو عامل اصلی و سازنده مدل پذیرش فناوری یعنی برداشت ذهنی از مفید بودن و برداشت ذهنی از آسانی استفاده و تصمیم به استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات رابطه معنی داری از نوع مثبت&nbsp; وجود دارد.&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">استنتاج:</span></span></span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">که هر چه یک سیستم وابسته به فناوری اطلاعات از نظر کتابداران کتابخانه های جامعه ی مورد پژوهش، برای بهبود عملکرد کاری خود مفید تر و از نظر یادگیری آسان تر تشخیص داده شود، بیشتر مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.</span></span></p> <p><strong>Background and purpose:</strong> In modern age that is called information technology, the use of different technology information in all institution and companies and for all people is so important. So for libraries and especially for university libraries has important role in educational improvement and part of the budget of the application of information technology is specified to it. This research analyzes the effective factors of acceptation of information of technology by librarians of medical science of Mazandaran University in model of acceptation of information technology. Factors of tills model in this research in sequence Include: intellectual understanding of being useful, intellectual understanding of simple usage, theory toward to usage that affect the decision of the use of information technology. In this research form five hypothesis on the basis of the analysis of meaningful relationship between a pair of variables exist in acceptation of information technology model.</p> <p><strong>Materials and methods:</strong>&nbsp;The method of research is survey and the tool of collecting data is questionnaire. The sample population includes all the 40 librarians who are working in medical science of Mazandarans University. The questionnaire is approve by Alpha&#39;s Kronbach&#39; test and because the amount of Alpha is (85%) and is more than 70% so the questionnaire is valid. For analyzing the data, we use indexes descriptive statistic such as frequency, percent, distribution frequency tables, mean and standard deviation. For testing of this hypothesis and understanding of the existence of meaningful relation between dependent and independent variable, the method of analysis of nonparametric correlation by the use of Spearman&#39;s statistic is used.
