And on the table Morgan (1970) 210 stratified random sampling based on gender were selected as sample. To collect the data, spiritual intelligence King (2008) with 24 questions and four elements (critical thinking, meaning production, personal, the transcendent knowledge and development of consciousness) and conflict management strategy Putnam and Wilson questionnaire with 30 questions in three dimensions (avoidance strategies, solution-oriented and control) is used. Results: Tools face and content validity was confirmed by experts and their reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire 852/0 = α and Conflict Management Strategies questionnaire 73/0 = α is obtained. To analyze the data using Pearson correlation, t-test, ANOVA and regression were used.   The result:The results showed that, between spiritual intelligence strategies (avoidance and solution-oriented) in a positive and significant relationship exists. But there is no significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and control strategies. Materials and methods: The number of statistics population all of staffs of  Mazandaran Medical Science University are 574 persons, according to Morgan Kerjeci table the volume of statistics sample is 234 persons who are chosen randomly-category. two methods are used for gathering the data which are field method(questionnaire as research with the last changes and proportional   teaching advances)and library method (theses, book, site and scientific articles). The tools of data gathering are two organizational intelligence questionnaires and human capital questionnaire. To collect data, NEO 5-Factor Questionnaire, Goldenberg Public Health Questionnaire-28 (GHQ-28) and Osipow Job stress have been applied, having the appropriate reliability and validity .Also, to define the association between personality traits and mental health, linear regression and to set the relationship between job stress and metal health, Pearson correlation has been used. Findings: the data analysis revealed that a meaningful relationship exists between personality traits (neuroticism and openness) and mental health at error level 1%. The statistical population is composed the number of 1180 people included all employees in Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences hospitals (city of Sari) that according to Krejcie & Morgan table (1970) Stratified random sampling method 291 persons samples were selected as based on gender. For data collection from questionnaires Podsakoff et al (1990) with 5 factors (conscientiousness, sportsmanship, civic virtue, respect and courtesy, altruism) consists of 24 questions and the questionnaire as well as total quality management (TQM) with 8 questions were used.The validity ostensible and content was confirmed by specialists and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.85 for organizational citizenship behavior and total quality management questionnaire was 0.89. To analyze the data, univariate and multivariate regression analysis were used.          Results: Univariate regression analysis showed that, The organizational citizenship behavior positive and significant role in the establishment of a comprehensive quality management and total quality management score about 36% of the variance is explained by The organizational citizenship behavior. The results of multivariate regression tests showed that, of loyalty, chivalry and altruism positive and significant role in the establishment of a comprehensive quality management, and the chivalry with beta coefficient β=0.301 plays the most important role in the establishment of a comprehensive quality management. Factors of tills model in this research in sequence Include: intellectual understanding of being useful, intellectual understanding of simple usage, theory toward to usage that affect the decision of the use of information technology. In this research form five hypothesis on the basis of the analysis of meaningful relationship between a pair of variables exist in acceptation of information technology model. Materials and methods: The method of research is survey and the tool of collecting data is questionnaire. The sample population includes all the 40 librarians who are working in medical science of Mazandarans University. The questionnaire is approve by Alpha's Kronbach' test and because the amount of Alpha is (85%) and is more than 70% so the questionnaire is valid. For analyzing the data, we use indexes descriptive statistic such as frequency, percent, distribution frequency tables, mean and standard deviation. For testing of this hypothesis and understanding of the existence of meaningful relation between dependent and independent variable, the method of analysis of nonparametric correlation by the use of Spearman's statistic is used. For analysis of statistic data of research the software of SPSS and needed tables and diagrams is used. Therefore, a deep belief in concepts, philosophy as well as its fundamental principles should be created in order to properly understand the importance of comprehensive quality management and its effectiveness. The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the effective factors in implementing total quality management using the hierarchical analysis process in Hamadan University of Medical Sciences and Health Services. Materials and Methods: By reviewing the thematic studies, 13 subcategories were identified in four main categories which are personnel factors, systems and techniques factors, organization factors and evaluation and feedback factors. Next, the main and secondary factors were prioritized from the perspective of experts by using a hierarchical analysis method in Expert Choice software. Results: According to the results, the factor of employees, the factor of evaluation, the factor of organization and the factor of systems and techniques were 0/382, 0/317, 0/188 and 0/112, respectively from the experts' opinion. Their priorities also came from one to four according to the goal. After determining the final weight of the sub-components, training factor (0/197) was the first priority, communication factor (0/163) and the weight performance evaluation factor (0/30) in the second and third priority were placed, respectively. Conclusion: The most effective factor in implementation of comprehensive quality management is staffing. The logic of this case can be reasoned from existing theories. The statistical population consisted of all personnel employed in (SBNT). with 1200 people in five domains and six major branches, with 350 women and 850 men. To determine the sample size of employees, the Krejcy and Morgan tables were used. Sample size was determined by 291 people. The data gathering tool was two strategic planning questionnaires based on the Barson model (1999), Fior et al. (2013) entrepreneurship marketing inventory. Both questionnaires are standard and have adequate content validity. Reliability was obtained by using Cronbach's alpha for strategic planning questionnaire (0.72) and entrepreneurial marketing questionnaire (0.87). Results: Data analysis using SPSS software showed that there was a significant correlation between strategic planning with four components of consciousness (0.69), consumer-oriented innovation (0.82), value creation (0.51), risk management (0.90).  Conclusion: "Risk Management" and "Opportunity of Consciousness" of the entrepreneurial marketing components in the (SBNT) with (t =4.0105 & Sig. = 0.012; t = 2.023 &Sig=0.037). This model is one of the most prestigious patterns of organizational culture.   Materials and Methods: In this paper, we will examine the impact of organizational culture on effectiveness in the Laboratory of Abadan Oil Refining Company as a test population. For this purpose, we considered the organizational culture and its characteristics and indicators as independent and effective variables as dependent variables. Then, using the Dennisson organizationl culture model questionnaire, we collected the required data from the statistical community. Data were analyzed by SPSS20 and AMOS software and the relationship between dependent and   independent variables was requested.   Findings: The results indicate that some of the organizational culture indicators in Abadan oil  refining laboratory have no meaningful relationship with effectiveness, but all four characteristics of organizational culture (engagement, integration, compatibility, mission) with positive      relationship effectiveness And meaningful.   Conclusion: In this research, organizational culture has a positive and significant relationship  with effectiveness. Materials and methods: The population includes patient records referring to various sectors of the teaching hospital during a 3years old duration; from the beginning of autumn 1391 to the end of the summer of 1394. This research is done based on collected data related to 24873 case of the records available for patients in 17 sectors of Razi Hospital. Results :The required information was assessed and analyzed by using data from the documents available in the medical records of patients. The findings showed that the average cost for each patient referring to the hospital with Social Security Insurance is equal to 131000.21 Rial, with NHS insurance is equal to 134006.51 Rial and with other insurances is equal to 15621.49 Rial. So, it can be concluded that the cost paid by patients with NHS insurance, compared to the similar patient and with the same condition just with different insurance, has been lower. Also, the average cost for each patient referring to hospital with acute situation is equal to 1467500 Rial, with NHS insurance is equal to 1678000.60 and with emergency situation is equal to 1201000.22. Conclusion: so it can be concluded that the cost the patient with the emergency condition had paid compared to the similar patient and with the acute situation has been lower.
