Background & Purpose : Strength and cohesion of any society is to respect and observe the law . The purpose of this study was aimed to investigate the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of managers of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences Law State Management.
Material & Methods :The research sample consists of all managers working at Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences.337 have been designated by Morgan., And have participated in the research. Data were collected through questionnaires. In order to determine Questionnaire was used for the opinions professionals and Reliability was calculated using Cronbach's coefficient. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and illation (Pearson correlation coefficient,t test ).
Results : The research findings show. The Empowerment variable between knowledge and attitude of the staff is a positive correlation (p<0/154) . In other variables (organizational structure, information technology, recruitment, appointment and promotion, salary, staff assignments, performance evaluation, and social security) between knowledge and attitude of staff is a negative correlation(p˂0/000). The knowledge of the subjects to the civil service law was calculated as follows: Variables Rights and obligations of employees and performance evaluatio[1]n Approximately 91%, Appointment and promotion of 79%, Empower employees by 67%, The organizational structure of 61%, IT 39% , Social Security 48% , Employ 11%.
Conclusion:Based on the result, managers need more knowledge in the field of research parameters, particularly » social security, information technology Employment ».
