research is to investigate the impact of integrating the attendance and absence system (check-in and check-out) of employees in the organizational productivity of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences And its partial goals are also to examine the integration components (function management, management of licenses and rules, Management of leave balance, management of document circulation and requests, management of hospital shifts).

materials and methods: The current research is practical in terms of its purpose; Because the results of the findings can be useful for solving existing problems within the organization and other stakeholders. In terms of how data is collected, it is descriptive and survey; Also, in terms of time, cross section and from the point of view of the type of data, it is considered small. The statistical population of the research consists of all the users of the attendance and absence system (entry and exit) of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences and Health Services (at the headquarters level and subordinate units) in the number of 50 people, all of whom were invited to participate (complete the questionnaire) (census). 

findings: The findings of this research showed that the integration of the attendance and absence system of employees through all its five components had a positive effect on organizational productivity at a significant level of 5%.

Conclusion: Today, organizations in the path of growth and dynamism will be successful if they seek quality and productivity with a customer-oriented approach. The purpose of productivity is the appropriate attitude and behavior for the optimal and desirable use of the set of capabilities and abilities. The need to address the above issue is also due to the importance of the integration of the attendance system (entry and exit) in order to achieve productivity goals. On the other hand, the role of integration and its capabilities are among the categories that are considered in management discussions, which are necessary to ensure the stability, success and achievement of the organization's goals.
