Managers to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the performance of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences Using Hierarchical Process AHP

The organization's success in achieving their goals is directly related to the performance of managers, hence the position of managers and their performance is important for the organization and in this regard their objective evaluation has great validity.
To avoid subjective evaluation it is necessary to study factors which affect performance besides studying factors such as job, ethics and evaluation.
Therefore the present study investigates the priorities of factors which affect staff managers’ performance in Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences Using Hierarchical Process AHP. This is a descriptive survey study.
The population of this study included 20 staff managers of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences and regarding the limited population there was no sampling, and the instrument applied in this study was a researcher made questionnaire.
The calculated Inconsistency rate for the questionnaire was 0.07. Face validity and content validity were used to determine the validity.
AHP hierarchical techniques were used for data analysis. The results showed that the most important factor was individual skills. And then the technical, human and Perceptual skills are the most important respectively. |
