The relationship between management efficiency whit intellectual capitals of the staff Central Headquarters of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences

Introduction and Objectives:The present study investigated the relationship between intellectual capital management efficiency headquarters staff was Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. Today, experts and practitioners in the field of management, effective management is proposed as a new subject, so that the efficiency and productivity of our time highest goal and destination of all managers valuable. All in search of greater efficiency and result of higher productivity are much more, and their efforts in this regard arises[1].
Methods:This is the objective component of applied research and data collection method is descriptive. The population of the study, all the staff of 1089 people. The sample size tables krejcie and Morgan 285 randomly selected. Data and Intellectual Capital Management Effectiveness Questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient, respectively (α=0.94) and (α=0.95) were determined.
Results: Status and effectiveness of intellectual capital management staff in the headquarters of the University is above average. The effective management of human capital, relational, structural capital, intellectual capital of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences headquarters staff, there is a significant relationship.
Concluded: The results showed that the effectiveness of the management of intellectual capital and headquarters staff Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences has been above average. Also, the effectiveness of the management of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital and relational capital) there is a significant relationship. |
