The Studying influence of education method on employees learning of Mazandaran province customs

Background: The skilled manpower with high ability and competence has a key role in achieving the organization's goals. The organizations can reach to this issue by giving the necessary trainings. The way of implementing these kinds of trainings is considered in this study. This study seeks to investigate the influence of the kind of education on Mazandaran Customs employee's learning.
Materials & Method: in this study 99participants were selected amongst 140 official and contractual staff of Mazandaran's customs: and investigated by Kerseys and Morgan's table. The research design was descriptive- field study. Data collection was done by a Likert scale questionnaire prepared by the researcher. It included 26 questions with 5 choices. The effect of conventional and distance training (Correspondence and electronic) on Mazandaran Customs employee's learning, was examined by T-test, descriptive and inferential statistics. To fulfill the desired validity, the researcher has also used the expert's idea. The validity of this study was calculated in a pilot study by Cronbakh's alpha coefficient (a=0.90).
Results: The results indicate that conventional and electronic training had above average score and correspondence training had below average score.
Conclusion: The result indicates that education method has beneficial effects on employee's learning in Mazandaran province custom. Moreover, conventional instruction had the most influence on employee's learning; and electronic instruction also had some impacts. On the other hand, distance instruction had no significant influence on the participants learning. |
