The purpose and background: The preservation of qualified staff the most difficult task of the organizations to be considered. If the problem is resolved, leading to greater profitability and effectiveness of the organization. On the other hand, loss of employees is costly for the organization. Also it is much needed to be considered that most of organizations every year spend substantial amount of money & finanacial resources to absorb & maintain their employees , in addition of keeping their present employees they will recruit & train other qualified employees from the job market & other organizations. The purpose of this study is the factors affecting the survival and persistence (maintenance) in medical university of development department staff and management of resources and health services Mazandaran.
Methods and materials: This study is based on objective, practical research on how to collect the data the requirements is a description of the survey is.
Library approach in addition to collecting information in the field using a researcher made questionnaire of 26 questions with a range of 5 ° is used a Likert.
Study population consisted of all formal employees and contract staff working in the Department of Resources Development and Management of Medical Sciences and Health Services the Mazandaran is 153 samples.The method can be selected in using this method, samples are 153 and the statistical community is.To confirm the validity of the questionnaire using the comments of several experts to determine the reliability of the preliminary implementation has been calculated using Cronbach's alpha equal to 95%.
Findings: After reviewing data collected and statistical analysis, has been observed that the payment system, welfare facilities, job performance evaluation and promotion of human survival and survival are impressive.
Conclusion: The results of statistical tests to determine which component in payment system, promoting employment, welfare facilitiesAnd performance evaluation of the survival and sustainability department headquarters staff Department of Resources Development and Management of Medical Sciences and Health Services the Mazandaran can be effective. |
