In todays and changing word, organizations are forced to review their internal processes to achieve desired productivity and performance. Reengineering human resource management processes as a strategic approach with the aim of radically redesigning the organizations key processes is an. effective solution to realize the administrative transformation approach. On the other hand, human resources.as one of the most important assets of the organization, play a fundamental role in the success or failure of any administrative transformation. The purpose of this research is to examine the role of reengineering human resource management processes in achieving administrative transformation, which is one the qualitative research methods. Using the method of content analysis and using reliable domestic and international sources, it examines the importance of aligning process reengineering and human resource management in Iranian government organizations from 2021 onwards. The findings show that process changes, especially in the human resource management sector, can lead to improved organizational performance and increased productivity and realize the administrative transformation approach. On the other hand, the existence of a dynamic, learning and capable human resource management system can guarantee the success of human resource management reengineering processes and the administrative transformation approach in organizations.
