Study of Effective Factors affecting the the productivity of working groups deputy of development and resource management of University of Medical Sciences, Mazandaran

Abstract Background and purpose:While organizations can gain productivity from existing groups in the organization as an important resource to use. Groups are a fact of organizational life and the building blocks make up the organization. Understanding of organizational behavior without understanding the fundamental processes of the full group would respectively. the various groups and factors affecting their efficiency can help managers to become familiar with a variety of goals and objectives and the required solution. Materials and Methods:To develop a questionnaire to the factors affecting the working groups of articles, books and library resources, based on its components were designed and used in several of the administrative authorities with regard to the views stated the necessary changes and reforms carried out and its validity was confirmed in the end. To determine reliability, the questionnaires were distributed among 10% of the population and the collection and use of Cronbach's alpha coefficient reliability of any of the components and standards for the components of working groups (85.2 / 0%) productivity rate for the questionnaire (92.5%) was confirmed by the figures above represent the stability and internal consistency is a questionnaire. Results from the questionnaires to help software 16 SpSS evaluated and Calculation analysis were. To analyze data from software SPSS16 both descriptive statistics and Astnaty was used. For classification, summarization, the and provide descriptive statistics about the frequency distribution, cumulative frequency graphs were used and the level of inferential statistics to test the research questions of correlation analysis, ANOVA, Duncan test, Smirnov test, ANOVA test was used and the NPAR. Results: The size and normal consistency working groups in the development department are associated with productivity.
