Background and purpose: In modern age that is called information technology, the use of different technology information in all institution and companies and for all people is so important. So for libraries and especially for university libraries has important role in educational improvement and part of the budget of the application of information technology is specified to it. This research analyzes the effective factors of acceptation of information of technology by librarians of medical science of Mazandaran University in model of acceptation of information technology. Factors of tills model in this research in sequence Include: intellectual understanding of being useful, intellectual understanding of simple usage, theory toward to usage that affect the decision of the use of information technology. In this research form five hypothesis on the basis of the analysis of meaningful relationship between a pair of variables exist in acceptation of information technology model.

Materials and methods: The method of research is survey and the tool of collecting data is questionnaire. The sample population includes all the 40 librarians who are working in medical science of Mazandarans University. The questionnaire is approve by Alpha's Kronbach' test and because the amount of Alpha is (85%) and is more than 70% so the questionnaire is valid. For analyzing the data, we use indexes descriptive statistic such as frequency, percent, distribution frequency tables, mean and standard deviation. For testing of this hypothesis and understanding of the existence of meaningful relation between dependent and independent variable, the method of analysis of nonparametric correlation by the use of Spearman's statistic is used. For analysis of statistic data of research the software of SPSS and needed tables and diagrams is used.

Conclusion: The results of research show that there is positive meaningful relation between two basic factors of acceptation of information technology model (intellectual understanding or being useful and intellectual understanding of easy using and the decision of using of information technology. 

Results: That whatever one dependent on information technology systems for the research community libraries, more useful for improving the performance of their work and be recognized in terms of learning easier, more is used.
