Background and purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of the joint action plan of the Ministry of Health on organizational productivity in Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. Its partial objectives also examine the impact of the joint action plan of the Ministry of Health on productivity components (employee participation, employee satisfaction and motivation, performance feedback, organizational cooperation and support, employee training, and organizational effectiveness and efficiency). materials and methods:The current research is applied and the method of data collection is descriptive and survey; Also, in terms of time, cross section and from the point of view of the type of data, it is considered small. The statistical population of the research, numbering 102 people, is made up of all the users of the joint operational plan system of the Ministry of Health at the headquarters of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, and 82 people were selected as a sample based on the Karjesi and Morgan table. Data collection was done through a researcher-made productivity questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was studied using the opinions of technical experts and the reliability of the questionnaires was also studied using Cronbach's alpha method. findings:The findings showed that the implementation of the joint operational plan of the Ministry of Health had a positive effect on organizational productivity in Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. Also, among the components of organizational productivity, the implementation of the joint operational plan of the Ministry of Health has had a positive impact on the components of employee participation, performance feedback, employee training, and organizational effectiveness and efficiency. However, it has not affected the components of employee satisfaction and motivation and cooperation and organizational support. Conclusion:Today, organizations in the path of growth and dynamism will be successful if they seek quality and productivity with a customer-oriented approach. Also, the two main pillars of planning are increasing efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, it can be claimed that these two words (productivity and planning) are in close interaction with each other.
