In the present era that human resources is the best asset of organizations, using the potential abilities of these resources regarded as a competitive advantage. Effective and new technical empowerment for promoting the productivity of organization is possible by operating the capability of staff. In order to doing every kind of productivity, managers must equip their staff. These equipments include; training and information, the training of human resources development and their professional growth are one of the basic programs of present organizations that among them, on the job training is the most important program because occupational needs and environmental conditions in organization are always exposing to various changes. Then, training for empowerment the human resources in a way that act in our challenging and difficult environment is an essential and vital work.
The purpose of this article is definition and explaining the empowerment concepts and on the job training and analyzing the relationship between on the job training and empowerment the explaining the kind of relationship and the influence of these trainings on developing the organizations’ human resources. |
