This study aims to investigate the effects of information-Communication technology (ICT)on empowerment of Mazandaran Industrial estates Company personnel’s .After enabling this research study is to make a decision... A main question was raised based on the above variables. The study population includes 156 personnel’s (employees) of Mazandaran industrial estates company which based on kerjecie and Morgan table, the sample size of 113 was determined. The qualitative research is a kind of survey. Field work method, library method and referring to authentic scientific websites were the ways of data collection. A questionnaire was designed according to the research main question. Content and face validity of quest tinnier were Confirmed dy three experts.Cronbach,s Alpha was applied to calculate reliability of questionnaire naire and alpha coefficient of 81% was acquired . Data collection tool is incorporated a five- point likert scle that ranged from (very high, high, medium, low, very low) with base scoring from very low to very high ( 1-5).
For data analysis, descriptive statistical indices such as frequency table and it,s percentage, column chart, mean, standard deviation, and in the part of inferential statistics , Kolmogorov – Simonov test and one – sample T. test were applied and the results of, findings indicated that all hypothesis were confirmed. Inflammable materials and methods this study is a descriptive survey. Population , there were 156 employees of Industrial Estates in Mazandaran based on the size of the table fit the sample size of 113 farmers Morgan is intended . Data were collected using field studies and library and information science is a reputable site.
Inference:According to the decision-making component out ( 87/3 ) and 112 degrees of freedom that there are significant differences between the mean and the number 3 , the calculated significance level is smaller than the experimental 0/05 = α . The results of this study, ICT Industrial Estates in Mazandaran employees can make decisions effectively. |
