Background and purpose:The agility paradigm has been proposed as a solution for managing environmental dynamics and a strategy for empowerment in order to maintain a competitive advantage in a turbulent environment, and it can bring success to organizations in gaining profit. The current research has been carried out with the aim of identifying the components of the agile development of sustainable human resources systems. Materials and methods:The present study is a cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study, the statistical population of which is heads of units, faculties, vice-presidents of units, faculty members, and all administrative, educational, research, financial, and student officials in the number of 341. 181 people were selected as a statistical sample using stratified random sampling and based on Cochran's formula. The tool of data collection was a questionnaire made by the human resource agility researcher, which was confirmed in terms of content and structure, and the reliability of the questionnaires was also confirmed through Cronbach's alpha. The data was analyzed using the factor analysis method and the data analysis was done with the help of SPSS and Lisrel software. Results:Five components of knowledge and expertise, learning, response speed, motivation and technology improvement were identified for human resource agility. Conclusion:It seems that the identified components can be used as a framework and basis for the agility of sustainable human resources of Mazandaran Azad University.
