| In recent years, the role and importance of social responsibility in the success of organizations has attracted the attention of managers. Due to increasing stakeholder pressure to pay more attention to corporate social responsibility in firms, managers are asked to provide more social programs. Because studies have shown that these programs also bring more financial returns. Understanding how organizations innovate and disseminate among others is considered as the starting point for understanding how the organization works. Renovation as one of the The vital and key resources of competitive advantage in today's changing environment are considered. The effort to establish social responsibility helps individuals in the organization and government to have a positive impact on the progress of work and society. In this research, the researcher identifies the impact of innovation through social responsibility on financial performance. The statistical population of this research includes the supply chain cadres The community of Arak is 800. The current research is applied in terms of the applied and causal method. In this regard, while reviewing the subject literature and using library resources, the researcher has used a questionnaire to collect information that is between 260 Personnel is distributed. Analysis and analysis of the results in this research are carried out using The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. At the descriptive level, we used statistics such as abundance and frequency and spss software. At the level of inferential statistics, we used the structural equation technique to determine the fitting of the model to test the research hypotheses. The results of the research indicate that innovation has a significant impact on social responsibility, social responsibility has an impact on financial performance, innovation has a positive impact on financial performance, innovation through social responsibility has a significant effect on financial performance. |
