| The Purpose of this study was to model the effect of agility on organizational sustainability by mediating organizational Culture in principals and deputies of the first period of high school in public schools and the descriptive research method was correlation based on structural equations. The statistical population of the present study includes all principals and deputies of the first period public high schools in Babol city with 375 people in 125 schools. used to collect data from the Sharifi and Zhang Organizational Agility Questionnaire (2001), the Organizational Sustainability Questionnaire of Wake and Satkfield (2001), and the Durabaji et al. (1998) Organizational Culture Questionnaire. The validity of the instrument structure was confirmed and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient test and computational reliability, which was statistically confirmed. Structural equations with SPSS18 and AMOS23 software were used to analyze the data. Also, the variables of agility and organizational Culture have a significant direct effect on organizational sustainability and the indirect effect of agility on organizational sustainability mediates organizational Culture. they give. The results of this study emphasized the need for the role of organizational agility and Culture on organizational sustainability, which can provide practical implications for improving organizational sustainability. |
