Purpose: Implementing quantum management and using its teachings and strategies can be effective in improving and improving the performance of organizations. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of quantum management skills in improving organizational performance.
Materials and Methods: The statistical population of the faculty members of Ilam University of Medical Sciences is 190 people. Using the Kerjcie and Morgan table, 127 people were selected as the statistical sample. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. Data collection tools include two Quantum Management Questionnaires and Organizational Performance Improvement. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by content validity and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbachchr('39')s alpha method. SPSS-22 statistical software was used to analyze the data.
Findings: The findings show that quantum management skills have a significant effect on improving organizational performance.
Conclusion: In societies characterized by rapid changes in the world of trade and competition and the growing number of businesses, it is necessary to use strategies to improve the performance of the organization inside and outside the organization for each organizational field. As a result, organizations can use quantum management as a tool to achieve such a goal. |
